Bundle Description
This exclusive $1,500 bundle includes a fully custom 2-inch pendant and a 3mm Tennis chain, designed to your exact specifications. From concept to completion, our team works with you one-on-one to bring your vision to life with unmatched craftsmanship and detail.

Consultation Deposit
A $250 non-refundable consultation deposit is required to begin your project. This deposit secures your spot in our design queue and is applied toward your final balance. During the consultation, we’ll review your ideas, provide professional design guidance, and outline all custom options including materials, finishes, and stone settings.

Once your design is finalized, we’ll create and send you a detailed 3D digital rendering, typically within 24–48 hours. Upon approval of the rendering, we’ll guide you through submitting the remaining portion of your deposit to reach 50% of the bundle price. Production will then begin, with a turnaround time of 14–21 business days. The final balance will be due once your custom piece is complete and ready for delivery.

Every order ships free and fully insured, with secure delivery to your door. An adult signature is required upon arrival for your protection.

In-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Most of our pieces are made-to-order, with a typical creation and delivery time of 10–20 business days depending on complexity and destination.

We want you to feel confident shopping with TTB Jewelry. Every piece is crafted with care, and while most orders are final sale, we’ll always make it right if there’s an issue.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items – If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 10 days at info@ttbjewelry.com with your order number and photos. We’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
  
• Final Sale Items – Custom orders, solid gold pieces, earrings, and grills are non-returnable.
  
• Other Exclusions – Returns aren’t accepted for sizing, normal wear, or change of mind.
  
• No Refunds – We do not issue refunds. Eligible issues will be repaired or exchanged.
  
• Shipping Costs – If we’re at fault, we’ll cover shipping. For rare store-credit exceptions, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
