  1. Find a string, small strip of paper, or tape measure.

  2. Wrap it around your finger snugly.

  3. Mark the point where the end of the string or paper meets.

  4. Measure the length with a ruler and compare your measurement to our sizing picture. The length of your paper is equal to the inner circumference shown below.
